I got an email from my husband this morning.  The subject line was: FW:Father's Day.  The preview said 'For those of you looking for that perfect father?s day gift idea.' 

I thought, sure - I never know what to get him.  Perhaps he's sending me a hint as to what to get this year...

Maybe not.

Bacon Baby

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.

Everybody. Loves. Bacon.

or at least everyone should.

I’m not entirely certain (however) that this is entirely an appropriate way to introduce small children to the salty and meaty treat.

Then again, who am I to deny my children the bacon-y goodness?

(my kids are all so lucky they are off the bottle – or I would totally buy this just to see how they’d like it…I do have a great-nephew due in December though…I wonder if my niece will let me baby sit…)

How does bacon fit into Easter?  Well…Ham is the traditional Easter food, right?  Bacon and ham come from the same place…

Easter is coming.  Are you planning your breakfast with the family?  Me too.  We’re gonna have bacon and eggs. 

um….not quite like that.

I’ve heard that chocolate dipped bacon is actually pretty good.  It’s got a salty sweet quality that is supposedly fabulous…

These eggs are filled with “soft buttery bacon caramel.” 

I love caramel.

I love chocolate.

I even love bacon.

I’m just not so sure about all three of them at once.

However – we have previously determined that everything is better with bacon, right?

Right.

So what is the problem then?

You won’t know it isn’t bacon…

Today’s product almost makes me want to stop paying my bills electronically, just so I can use these nifty envelopes.
