Umbrella Rain Tube

I have to admit, I’ve looked all over to find this item for sale in the US, and sadly, it just doesn’t seem so.

Nope, this baby is being hoarded by the Japanese. 

Darn those selfish Japanese inventors, merchandisers and retailers…
